Music Video BEFORE Cuts

After gaining feedback from the first cut of the video via youtube, facebook and at our college the majority of the audience we unsure of how the young girl died and so we for the second cut we decided to make this more clear by adding a scene in which the male is waiting for the girl and she never shows up. we then again gained feedback for this second cut and the audience are now much more clearer on how the music video ended, even though there is still an element of mysticism on specific details about how the female died.

Blood Making

After gaining feedback we decided to change and add scenes to our music video as one of the most frequent comments we heard was that the audience did not understand how the girl in the music video died as there was no link between seeing her alive and then connotations of her death at the end of the video. As a result of this, we shot a scene that showed the female characters hand with a phone in her hand covered in blood with the male character ringing her phone. this dissolves any mysticism of what happened to the female character though there is still a slight mystery about how her death actually came about.

The photo's taken are of us making the fake blood for the scene. We used red paint that we diluted with water and added cornflour to to make it a thicker looking substance.
