Our Anigamtic - C.Dot Feat Levelle

From our anigmatic feedback we realized that we have a clear storyline in which the audience is able to easily know that we have a motif of the colour red with varied camera angles and shots. Our music video also goes against typical conventions of an R&B music video because it has a sad ending with a twist. We decided to do this to make the video more interesting, keeping the audience hooked till the end. Another positive aspect of our anigmatic was that we clearly represent our social group with a specific target audience. This therefore, I believe, makes our music video much more successful and interesting.

When making the real music video product we aim to ensure that we have steady hand shots which wasn't always the case for the anigmatic. we also want to make sure that we break up our block of narrative so we don't merely have a linear storyline, we plan t do this by adding layers to the video by including a motif of some sort. from the anigmatic we learnt that some shots were too long, varying from over 5 seconds, something which could potentially make the video less successful.
